Grillo Suppliers Policy - Regulations List – 22.6.23
This is the list referred to in the Grillo Supplier Terms of Purchase which apply to all Purchases made by Grillo.
In performing its obligations under the Contract, the Supplier shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations from time to time in force;
Additional Terms also apply to Suppliers who carry out installations or warranty visits.

In order to comply with ever-tightening government regulations, GRILLO need to ensure all products supplied are compliant with the latest versions of the various regulations as set out below:
- Electrical goods & Appliances: – UKCA mark, RoHS, REACh, WEEE etc.
- Kitchen Cabinets – REACh
- All goods that may contact food – Food contact regulations
- Packaging – all current regulations
(This is of course in addition to all other general and specific requirements under applicable laws and regulations including those relating to Data Protection, Modern Slavery, Bribery, Tax-evasion, Health & Safety etc. and is in addition to requirements stipulated on Grillo Purchase Orders and Specifications.)
