This dream-like private outdoor kitchen and garden is located within the grounds of Town Head Estate wedding venue, on the shores of Windermere in the Lake District. Guests can book the stunning wedding barn, boat house, cottage and yacht… but not the outdoor kitchen, that’s private.

“We built all of this to fit with our perfect family day, where we have a day out on the lake with kids in wetsuits… you can come up here get showered in the hot tub while we cook the barbeque. And so we almost like planned the choreography of an entertaining lake day where the the barbeque fits right in the middle of that.”

About Town Head Estate
In 2019 the property was bought by the current owners, with the aim of lovingly restoring the Estate to its former glory in order to enjoy their home (and Grillo outdoor Kitchen) by the lake, as well as opening the doors to offer a beautiful and unique wedding destination in the Lake District. 

Town Head Estate is a photographer’s paradise bursting with picturesque locations to explore and enjoy. The multiple unique venues include a versatile Wedding Barn and a licensed Boathouse on Lake Windermere, extensive grounds with manicured gardens and scenic photo locations, luxury accommodation in individually styled cottages and a Honeymoon Cottage, and on-site catering with a bar. Ther is even a motoryacht for guest transport or celebration!
