Outdoor kitchen in Tiddington, Stratford-Upon-Avon

This garden has been finished to an uncommonly high standard by Bidford Landscapes, and can perhaps be best described as “enviable”. Amongst the many features of this extraordinary garden is a well-designed Grillo outdoor kitchen, which blends in beautifully to the natural surroundings.

“A pretty plot, well chosen to build upon!” So wrote a local playwright, and whilst it’s unlikely he was referring to this particular plot, he might as well have been. The village of Tiddington lies just outside Stratford-upon-Avon, and this ‘pretty plot’ backs onto the Avon itself.

An immaculate, steeply sloping lawn rises to a patio and a traditionally constructed solid-oak pergola, the whole scene bathed in dappled sunlight filtering through the stately boughs of a vast cedar. One can think of few better places to spend a long evening with friends, food and fire – somewhere “a summer’s day will seem an hour but short”.
