At the 5-star Jumeirah Lowndes hotel, an enterprising designer in search of a breakfast buffet looked beyond the catering-trolley catalogue and bought an outdoor kitchen comprising of a selection of Shelf Cabinets. The resulting effect is rather special: The carefully sculpted design form, found everywhere from Scottish castles to Sydney penthouses, is quite at home in the classy Belgravia restaurant scene.
