Outdoor kitchen in Mole Valley, Surrey

Paul Cowell and the team at PC Landscapes were commissioned to transform a neglected and hemmed-in side garden into a beautiful and practical space for entertaining family and friends. As you’d expect from a company run by a Chelsea Flower Show judge, the end result is both spectacular and unique. The garden spaces now flow into each other; each wonderful and inviting in its own right, but each working in harmony with the next. The lower garden’s suspended firepit area is a particular gem: One can envision spending an evening in the pool and outdoor kitchen area, then as night turns to early morning, gravitating to the warmth of the firepit – the gas grill just round the corner should hot dogs or other informal fare be required.
